Companies and organizations usually spend a lot on purchasing office furniture, computers etc. only to find out they are inconvenient because the workers who utilize them were never consulted about what they need for effective work. But only few employees ever endeavor to complain about it to their bosses.

So, communication and clarification of challenges leads to acceleration and improvements of quality of work. When your boss asks questions and listens to his staff, he might learn how to save thousands of dollars and multiply income.
There is a major problem happening in a company whether it is big or small: that problem is mostly caused by lack or poor communication. Having regular meetings with the staff is necessary for a long-living and effective work. Working with people is not like a production scheme. Human-beings are all individuals thus are different, with very specific needs. Those factors should be kept in mind by the bosses of any rank.
